To celebrate Twin Peaks' long awaited third season, IRM will publish a digital tribute compilation of new and exclusive tracks inspired by David Lynch and Mark Frost's cult series. Doomed creatures of the night and fallen angels seeking redemption, the evil Windom Earle and the most gifted chess masters of Twin Peaks playing a game of life and death, this 9th installment is a battle for the ages, a gamble for the fates of the little town's 51201 souls ; the shortest and yet probably one of the most daring parts of our constantly shapeshifting project : a challenging encounter between the TP universe and the uncomprising beats and verses of a dozen alt-rap and underground hip-hop experimentalists. In total, 16 volumes are due for release before the end of the year. All of them will be available in free download. Our deepest thanks to the artists and everyone involved, it's been a lot of work and we hope you'll enjoy the result !
